Our Story
Connect The Dots Solutions was formed because our Founder, Tracy Sabol, listened to countless employers throughout her career discuss ongoing pain points related to rising expenses, dissatisfied employees, operational inefficiencies and the notion of “doing more with less”. She observed the need for employers and organizations to reduce costs, operate more efficiently and for employees to have greater financial security. The focus on helping school districts was reinforced through her husband, Scott Sabol, who now experiences first hand the value of using Connect The Dots Solutions for operational savings and improved employee morale within his own school district.
