Our Story

Connect The Dots Solutions was formed because our Founder, Tracy Sabol, listened to countless employers throughout her career discuss ongoing pain points related to rising expenses, dissatisfied employees, operational inefficiencies and the notion of “doing more with less”. She observed the need for employers and organizations to reduce costs, operate more efficiently and for employees to have greater financial security. The focus on helping school districts was reinforced through her husband, Scott Sabol, who now experiences first hand the value of using Connect The Dots Solutions for operational savings and improved employee morale within his own school district.

Tracy Sabol, the driving force behind Connect The Dots Solutions, brings over 25 years of dynamic experience in sales, marketing, and procurement. Her innate passion for facilitating meaningful connections led her to establish Connect The Dots Solutions, where she curates a diverse portfolio of service-based organizations dedicated to addressing common business challenges.

Scott Sabol, PhD

Scott Sabol, who holds a PhD in Leadership with 16 years as a Superintendent, 28 years in Education. Scott offers strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development. Additional he has a Six Sigma certification underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Together, Scott and Tracy form a formidable team, driven by a shared vision of empowering businesses to thrive in today's competitive landscape.

A long‑time friend and trusted partner to Tracy and Scott, Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience in recruiting, employer brand, recruitment marketing, operations, and project management.
